The Pair features a raw Basalmic vinegar (RAPTURE) and raw Champagne vinegar (PARASOL), each boasting a unique flavor palate and tasting notes for adding pop to salads, cheese plates, cocktails, and more. Never have I had a vinegar that was so smooth with a tinge of sweetness that I could use on salad without oil.
